Only clinic/office staff is authorized to administer medication to students. Student medications
are stored in the clinic with a Medication Administration Form completed by parent. Medication must be brought
to school in its original container BY AN ADULT ONLY. Under NO circumstances shall a student have in his/her
possession any prescription or over the counter medication. This includes delivery from home to clinic.
Any exceptions (epipen, inhaler, insulin pump) must be approved by an administrator. Medication stored in
envelopes, baggies, etc., will not be administered. Cough drops must be kept in the clinic.
