4-H is a positive youth development organization that empowers young
people to reach their full potential. 4-H enables youth to emerge as leaders through hands-on learning, research-based 4-H youth programs
and adult mentorship, in order to give back to their local communities.

A physical fitness program that will be offered to fourth and fifth grade students.
The program will use fun activities to help students improve the quality of their lives through physical fitness. It is our hope that through
participation in ActiveStart students will notice an increase in their endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.

| Art Club |
Available to interested 5th grade students (up to 25 members) on a try-out basis.
Art Club is for those students who want to spend time outside of class learning more about art and experimenting with additional materials.
Students will do projects that help support the school as well as artwork for their own enjoyment. A $10.00 fee will be collected to purchase
supplies used only by the Art Club. |

| Chorus |
The 5th Grade Chorus is an auditioned group open to any 5th grader. The
Chorus performs numerous times throughout the school year, beginning with our Holiday Musical. We also participate in the Sing for Santa
event held at a Gwinnett Gladiators game in December.

Cub Tracks Across Georgia (CubTAG) |
A fitness/pedometer club in which all 2nd grade members will combine their
steps to "walk" to historical destinations in Georgia. In addition to having a great time, students will be using Math, Science, Geography and
History skills! We will map our progress on a large Georgia map and create a scrapbook of our journey!

K-ROC (Kids Reaching Out to the Community) |
A community club for 2nd and 3rd grade students. Children will work to make
a difference in the community with nursing home residents, military, homeless, and any others needing help.

K-ROLL (Kids Reaching Out Learning Leadership) |
Comprised of fourth and fifth grade student leaders who take active leadership
roles in our school. Meet once or twice a month to discuss positive ways to exhibit leadership qualities at Ivy Creek. This is a life long lesson
that will carry our students far into life. It's also tons of fun and teaches kids to discover and utilize their personal leadership
qualities.

Live on 5 News Crew |
Students in 5th grade apply to be a member of the news crew at the beginning
of the year. A limited number of students are selected to participate based on their application and teacher recommendation. Select students work
in teams to broadcast Ivy Creek's morning news program, "Live on 5". Jobs include anchoring the news, operating cameras, running sound, and
operating PowerPoint. Exceptional behavior is required of all news crew members.

| Media Center Helpers |
Students in 4th and 5th grades apply to be a media center helper at the
beginning of the year. A limited number of students are selected to participate based on their application, teacher recommendation and
performance during training. Students perform a variety of tasks including shelving books, making deliveries, light cleaning and assisting
other students. Helpers meet one day per week during the school day for 20 minutes according to teacher and student schedule, typically during
TDPE. Exceptional behavior is required of all media helpers.

| Media Festival Club |
An opportunity for 5th graders to plan, design, and create a Gwinnett County
Media Festival Project. The purpose of the club is to stimulate student interest and involvement in all types of media production. This is
accomplished by providing an opportunity for students to show their work to an interested audience, to have their work critiqued by a panel of
expert judges, and to be stimulated by the work of other students.

| Readers Rally |
Students in 4th and 5th grades apply to be a member of the Readers Rally Team
at the beginning of the year. A limited number of students are selected to participate based on their application, teacher recommendation and
performance on homework assignment. Students are assigned to a group and then meet weekly for 30 minutes during the school day with their group's
coach and review a select number of books they've read. They practice questioning and answering each other based on the contents of the book.
In January, we have a school competition in which ten students are selected to compete at the county Readers Rally Event.

Open for Grades K, 1 and 2. We will meet on Tuesdays for eight weeks
beginning February 7th. The cost is $65. We will meet in the wireless lab in the 1st grade hallway. Application and fees due to
Claire Durbin by January 20th. Make checks payable to ICES.

| Student Ambassador Club |
Focusing on students (grades 1-5) learning social awareness, including
the following areas: presenting themselves by using effective communication in social situations, addressing and welcoming guests, how to
start and end conversations, and being confident in appearance while focusing on successful first impressions. The students will have
opportunities to apply their "newly" learned skills throughout the year. We are excited to watch our student ambassadors develop leadership
skills while participating in activities and serving our school on special occasions.
