In 2005 Scott Schunk, a K9 police officer with Gwinnett County, came out to do a demonstration for the the first grade students
with his dog, Tomek. He explained the importance of using trained dogs to help catch criminals, find lost children, and
discover drugs. Mr. Schunk has a son, Tyler, who is in Mrs. Warren's class.
